However, please note that we do not ship to countries that are currently under sanctions or embargoes imposed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury or other relevant international bodies.   • Syria
  • Crimea region of Ukraine

This policy is strictly enforced, and any orders placed from these countries or regions will be canceled and refunded.

Delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, and product availability. Below is an estimate of delivery times based on regions:

  • United States, Canada, United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
  • Nigeria and other African countries: 10-20 business days
  • Europe (other than the UK): 7-15 business days
  • Asia (outside China): 10-25 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 12-25 business days

  • Free shipping promotions will be applied automatically at checkout when eligible.

6. Order Processing Time

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These additional costs are not included in Mart95’s product or shipping prices. As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, which must be paid upon the package’s arrival in your country.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details on any potential fees that may apply to your order. Mart95 is not responsible for delays caused by customs or issues related to non-payment of import duties.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, missed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment, the package may be returned to Mart95. In such cases:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • The customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order if a new delivery attempt is requested.

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support team within 5 business days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the damaged item(s)
  • Refund of the purchase price (in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy)
  • Credit toward future purchases

11. Delivery Attempts

For orders that require a signature upon delivery:

  • The shipping carrier will attempt delivery up to three times. After the final attempt, the package will be returned to us.
  • If the package is returned due to missed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

12. Remote Area Delivery

For deliveries to remote or rural areas, please note that shipping times may be longer than those stated in our delivery timeframes. Additional fees may also apply for delivering to hard-to-reach locations.

13. Disclaimer: OFAC Listed and Sanctioned Countries

Mart95 strictly adheres to international laws and regulations regarding trade and shipping. We do not ship to any countries, regions, or individuals listed under the sanctions or embargoes imposed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, as well as any other sanctioned entities under international law. This includes but is not limited to the following countries:

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Syria
  • Crimea region of Ukraine

Any orders placed from or shipped to these restricted countries will be automatically canceled, and a full refund will be issued to the customer. We encourage our customers to review the list of sanctioned countries or entities before placing their orders.
